Pricing
How Timelee pricing works
Nobody wants another subscription for something their phone already half does. So the useful part of Timelee is free, and the one thing that costs real money to provide is the one thing you pay for.

Why there is no price on this page
Timelee's plans and rates are confirmed inside the app, and that is deliberate. A phone call costs a different amount to place depending on where it is going, plans change, and app store pricing varies by country. A figure typed onto a marketing page goes stale quietly, and then it is worse than no figure at all, because you made a decision on it.
So this page describes the model rather than the amount. Open the app and it shows you your balance, the rate for the destination you are calling, and what any plan renewal involves, before you commit to anything.
The short version: everything except a real phone call is part of the free core, and the free core is a complete reminder app on its own.
Two things to understand, and that is the whole model
Timelee is not sold by seat, by team or by feature tier that hides the useful parts. There is a free core, and there are credits for the two delivery options that place a real phone call.
The free core
Anyone who wants a reminder app that is harder to ignore than a notification.- Every reminder kind: task, to-do, call, place, bucket, picture, voice, note, repeating, life event, timer, medication, shared and alarm
- Alarm delivery and full-screen in-app call delivery, including the Important preset that runs one after the other
- Repeats with per-day toggles, repeat-end conditions, pre-alarms, Pinch Me and per-reminder snooze
- Priorities, categories, tags, history and the day-bucket dashboard
- Shared and team reminders, with accept and decline
- The web dashboard, focus mode, quick add and rich detail pages
- All 32 languages, including the four right-to-left ones
It is not a trial. If you never place a phone call reminder, you never pay anything.
Call credits
People who need a reminder that reaches them when the phone is locked, silent or in another room.- Phone Call Only: a real phone call placed by Timelee's servers to a verified number
- Critical: alarm, then in-app call, then a phone call 10 min later if missed
- Calls to somebody else's verified number, with no app needed at their end
- A spoken call in your language, with your pre-text and post-text and a male or female voice
Credits are spent only when a call is actually placed. Critical spends nothing if you acknowledge the alarm or the in-app call.
Balances, rates per destination and any plan renewal terms are shown in the Timelee app on Android and iOS, which is the only place they are authoritative. We do not publish figures here that the app is the real source for.
What you get without paying anything
This is not a crippled tier designed to annoy you into upgrading. It is the reminder app, and most people will never need more than it.
Alarms
A real alarm at the exact minute, with a tone from a library of 33 across six groups.
In-app calls
The phone rings full screen like an incoming call. The app's recommended default, and it costs nothing.
Repeats and pre-alarms
Per-day toggles, four ways to end a repeat, and a heads-up from 5 minutes to 5 hours ahead.
Medication schedules
Medicine details, dose per time and several times a day, on daily, weekly or monthly repeats.
Place reminders
Arrive and leave triggers, watched by a geofence on your phone.
Shared reminders
Assign to a person or a team, and see whether they accepted or declined.
32 languages
On all platforms, with right-to-left layout for Arabic, Hebrew, Urdu and Persian.
The web dashboard
Focus mode, quick add, detail pages and the day-bucket view, in a browser.
Which delivery options cost anything
Three of the five presets are free. The two that place a real phone call are the two that cost Timelee money to provide, because a carrier is paid for every call.
- notif_type 1
Regular
A full-screen alarm with the tone you chose. Free.
- notif_type 2
App Call
A full-screen ring inside Timelee. Free, and recommended as the everyday default.
- notif_type 3Recommended
Important
The alarm, then the in-app call if you did not acknowledge it. Free.
- notif_type 4Premium · uses credits
Phone Call Only
A real phone call to a verified number. Uses credits.
- notif_type 5Premium · uses credits
Critical
Alarm, then in-app call, then a phone call 10 min later if missed. Uses a credit only if the call is actually placed.
Credits are bought in the mobile app, not on the web
Top-ups happen inside the Timelee app on Google Play or the App Store. There is no web checkout, so if you use the web dashboard you will still need the phone app to add credits. Your balance and the rate for a destination are shown in the app before you schedule a call.
Things that never use a credit
- An alarm, however loud, however often it repeats
- An in-app call, including the Important preset that runs the alarm first
- A Critical reminder you acknowledged before it reached the third rung
- Pinch Me repeats, snoozes, pre-alarms and auto-complete
- Sharing a reminder with a person or a team
- Every feature in the web dashboard
Questions about cost
Is there a free plan?
Yes. Everything except real phone calls is part of the free core, and it is a usable reminder app on its own.
How do call credits work?
Each reminder call spends credits from your balance. How many depends on the destination network, so the app shows a rate per destination and your live balance before you schedule the call.
Where do I buy credits?
Inside the Timelee app on Google Play or the App Store. There is no web checkout.
Do credits expire?
Your balance and any plan renewal date are shown in the app. Check there — we will not state terms on a web page that the app is the authority on.
Does a Critical reminder always cost a credit?
No. Critical only places the phone call if the alarm and the in-app call both went unacknowledged. Deal with the first ring and nothing further is placed or charged.
Do I need a card to start?
No. You sign in with Google and use the free core. A card is only involved if you choose to buy credits in the mobile app.
Start on the free core and see if you ever need more
Sign in with Google, run it for a fortnight, and find out whether anything in your week genuinely deserves a phone call. Most weeks, nothing will.
